If you already own a domain or want to set up your own GoDaddy.com account - it's about $79 per year for the Delux Hosting Plan, or it's about $56 just to host 1 site.

Wiki's definition - basically, every witesite needs a place to store all the files and images. There are many differant hosting services who allow users to host their websites and data on their servers. We prefer to use GoDaddy.com for our Web Hosting Service.
